10. Krasnoyarsk: Krasnoyarsk power plant is located in Russia. The dam is a 124-meter (407 ft) high gravity dam located on River in Divnogorsk, Russia. It has the ability of producing 6,000 MW. It is in the 10th position of these Top 10 Power Plants in the World.
